Hopefully you caught the last post about how your life can’t move in a different direction before your mind does.

This reflection prompt is about exactly that…

Our external lives do a funny little dance with our internal lives.

The patterns that show up externally help us see what’s going on internally.

The patterns that cause us pain are normally showing us old wounds we need to heal.

Owning our patterns is the start to thinking differently. When we say, "I'm taking ownership of this" we're giving ourselves the power of choice.

Oftentimes we can’t change those external patterns until we heal the internal ones.

It's okay to struggle with this one.

It's okay to say no altogether or save it for a different day.

It's okay to quit halfway through. Trust your body.

I'm just inviting you to try it out and see what comes up if it feels like the right time to do so.
