In my last article I wrote “Seeing requires surrender.” 

It requires us to surrender our attachments to our judgments and assumptions. We have to be open to seeing something different if we want to experience something different. If we want to cultivate different things.

Sometimes we get attached to old stories, beliefs, and predictions. We have to surrender these attachments and even the attachments we have to our specific, desired outcomes. We have to be open to the next moment looking differently than we hoped still turning out to feel better than we expected
