A Path to Healing, and Wholeness.

If the road to healing is feeling scary, chaotic, confusing, or isolating for you right now, please read this in full then make the decision that feels right & true for you.

Healing our wounds isn’t just about trauma or the past.

It’s about discovering how to feel more secure in ourselves, more secure in our relationships, and more fulfilled in our lives.

But as we know, we have to do hard oftentimes painful stuff along the way, like:

  • Uncovering and connecting with our buried emotions
  • Challenging conditioned beliefs about who we are, who others are, and our place in the world
  • Making some difficult choices to change our relationships with ourselves and others
  • And confronting patterns that hurt us so we can finally change them

Taking this path is no easy ask. And the journey requires patience, courage, and self-compassion.

We know this already. And if you’re reading this, you’re probably prepared for that.

The other thing, though, is that it also requires resources and support.

Usually, from others who’ve been along similar paths and found their way through.

Your therapist is critical, but therapy isn’t enough. Relational wounds require relational healing.

And relational healing happens in community.

We need a space where we can feel seen, heard, understood, valued, and safe in our whole truth.

Spaces where accountability comes with compassion and understanding instead of shame and exile.

Many of us aren’t feeling safe enough to do this work in the spaces we currently occupy.

But having a space like this is a necessity.

This is why so many people point out that feeling regulated in isolation is easy, then we get back into society and suddenly many of those old wounds we thought we'd healed from are right back here at the surface.

No one coach or therapist can be a surrogate for true community. Because we don't represent the true, reciprocal relationships we all want to have in our lives.

This is why I’m creating The Connected Community.

(Waitlist is now open)

Here’s what you get access to in the community:

  • Core Courses: Get some practical guidance on subjects like true self compassion, connecting mind to body, the path to wholeness, relational conflict, and more.
    • These programs give you education about how the psyche works in each of these areas, and practices and activities to help you implement what you learn.
  • New Tailored Content Drops: The community will be set up for you guys to make requests and let me know what kind of support you need. This will give me the fuel to regularly release new content on the platform, including talks, workshops, guest interviews, more courses, and Q&A with me personally.
  • Community Support: It will also be set up to support members in supporting one another through this journey we're all sharing. Here, you can share experiences, learn from each other, receive emotional support, and build meaningful connections.
  • Guidance From Me: I'm going to be very present in the community, responding to many of your posts myself and offering guidance where I can.
  • Resource Library: You'll have access to a range of reflection prompts, tools, resources and practices that guide you through the process of becoming whole.

That's what you get in the Community. But more importantly, here’s my hope for what you get OUT of it:

  • A deeper sense of self-compassion and emotional regulation
  • The ability to feel your feelings without being overwhelmed by them.
  • A deeper sense of self-awareness and presence within yourself
  • A deeper sense of security in yourself and your relationships
  • Finally gain some clarity on your triggers, your trauma, and - most importantly - your possibilities for a different future that feels more true and fulfilling for you.
  • A sense of empowerment and confidence in yourself to pursue that future for yourself, even with all the challenges it may bring to break out of your old mold
  • Feeling supported along the journey
  • Knowing yourself so deeply no one can tell you who you are without you having your own understanding that comes first.
  • Self Trust.
  • A deeper connection with yourself as a whole.
  • Opportunity to practice socializing, relationship and community in a regulated, supportive environment
  • Opportunity to practice being vulnerable and holding space for other members’ vulnerability in a regulated, supportive environment
  • Opportunity to connect with others who will “get” where you’ve been, and where you’re headed
